Absolutely great experience with Dr. Knottenbelt when I went in for a minor surgery appointment at Charing. Made me feel totally at ease and answered any questions I had no problem. Also helped me with another problem I had. Along with Nurse Kerry I cannot speak highly enough of them both. It is a shame I am not registered with this surgery.

I was referred by my Gp regarding an ongoing back problem.I was greeted in such a warm and friendly manner which put me at ease and throughout the consultation I really felt I was being listened too. Dr Knottenbelt explained my condition and talked me through any available options. As an "older adult" I have experienced that some professionals can sometimes be very patronising however Dr K spoke with me and not at me, I am truly grateful for the excellent service I received. Thankyou !

I was referred by my GP to Dr Knottenbelt for the removal of a seborrhoeic keratosis on my neck. I could not fault the experience from the minute I walked into the consulting room. Both Dr Knottenbelt & his assistant Jess were most pleasant and explained exactly what would happen. I would definitely recommend the Charing Practice.

I was referred to DR Knottenbelt by my GP for a routine surgery and found my whole experience very calm and relaxed. I was met by nurse Jess and was walked through the forthcoming procedure thoroughly. At all times both the doctor and nurse kept me informed of what was going on and the care and attention was first class. Top class treatment by a top class team.
